About the Role: As an Insurance Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, handling a variety of enquiries about vehicle insurance quotations, general insurance guidance, and customer service. Your role is crucial in delivering accurate information and ensuring customers receive the best advice tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to inbound calls and client enquiries with professionalism and expertise.
Providing insurance quotations and solutions, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Offering guidance on our full suite of motor insurance products.
Ensuring seamless service to build long-term relationships with our clients

Working Hours:
5-day week with weekday shift pattern between 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM.
Alternate Saturdays (9:30 AM - 4:30 PM) with a weekday off in lieu.
