Are you looking for a rewarding and challenging career with progression opportunities? We have several Level 2 and Level 3 Apprenticeships now available.
What you'll be doing:

  • Learn and develop your knowledge of Customer Service protocols and product information.
  • Assist the department in day-to-day processes.
  • Answer customer questions by phone, email and other media.
  • Give quotations based on customer needs and requirement.
  • Sell products or services and take payments.
  • Handle customer information and comply with GDPR legislation and company policies.
  • Use best practices to offer high levels of customer service.
  • Provide customer service support via email and telephone.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Customer Service Practitioner - Level 2, Standard
Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
Monthly 1:1s with an Apprenticeship Tutor Assessor (ATA)
Monthly workshops delivered by the training provider online or on location.
Access to in-house mentors and professionals who will guide you in the workplace.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Full-time position and progression through the company. Potential to undertake future apprenticeship based on job role and interests of candidate.

Apprenticeship Duration: 15 Months


Working hours: Working hours vary. Typically, 5 days week including every other Saturday (day off in the week) 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday. 16:30 finish on Saturdays

Total hours per week: 37.5

Job requirements

We are looking for aspiring and motivated individuals who are eager to learn and develop. You will need to have good computer skills and be willing to build new skills as you develop throughout your apprenticeship.

Level 3 requirements: Maths and English G.C.S.E of C or Above.
